My husband had dengue fever four weeks back and got cured. After 1 week later his platelet count increases to 3.3 lakhs bt after that every week there was a gradual decrease in his platelets count now they are reached 1.9lakhs. That time he was having bilirubin level 1.7 and cholesterol 258, so doctor prescribed rosuvastatin and uroscol. After a month his platelet count is getting low. Even he is thoroughly following the diet plan having plenty of fluids including pomegrante juice, papaya leaf extract, coconut water, ors. Can you explain his situation?

I am suffering from constiaption from last 4 years on which my bowela dont get empty atvone go sometimes it is hard and in a week only twice or thrice my bowl geta empty.. Can anyone suggest me some good medicine

My typoid report was negative even though my doctor said i have typoid nd taken tratment.. Still i am not feelng well

Over the past 5 months or so I have developed a really painful right shoulder. I can't reach behind me, or above my head without substantial pain. OTC NASIDs don't really seem to help much at all. Lately, the pain seems to be spreading somewhat into my pectoral muscle on that side as well. I don't have health insurance and feel like any treatment would involve expensive Physical Therapy so I have avoided it hoping that it's just an injury that will go away. Thoughts, Recomendations? I recently got cured from Dengue and for a safety I got my blood test report. My platelet count is 4.1 lacs which seems okay however, during dengue my bilirubin content was a bit high. Current report show Bilirubin Total 0.95 mg/dL Bilirubin Direct 0.18 mg/dL and Bilirubin Indirect 0.77 mg/dL
