I'm 28 years old male 173cm 74kgs. I don't smoke. I may drink alcohol once in 3 months. I work in software field. I travel 1.5 hours in morning and 1.5 hours in the night. I'm feeling energy less at the end of day. When I play badminton in weekends I'm feeling like however hard I hit its not effective for opponents. How to increase my energy and strength. I occasionally do warm up excercises 20min once in 3 days. I found in google that ashwagantha , Brahmi, shilajit, safes musli increases strength. If it's right how to take them ? Please suggest some good solution.

From last one week I have a cold and headach problem. And my bp first time 153/108 and last two day back it is 142/108.

I have cold and my chest seems to be full with mucus . Having breathing problem as mucus is full in chest. Doctor gave me Macbery XT syrup 5ml dose. Is it good or is there better syrup to get my chest clear with mucus.

T4 T3 is normal but TSH is high -10. Need advice to control. Am unmarried and high thyroid may create issues in future after marriage. Currently taking Thyronorm 100 thyroxine medicine.

My wife (33 yrs) is suffering from fever since day before yesterday and her BP level gone down to 80/56. Dhe is not able to walk, eat, and speak properly. A local doctor has given some medicine like P650, Clavam 625, LOK - AR , Vitamin B - Complex with lysin syrup and Ascoril syrup. But I am not satisfied with his prescription. She is not recovering. pls help.

Hello doctor My nails are bluish in color since few months. I use to feel feverish since quite a long time  and since 1 month I'm feeling very lethargic and dizziness frequently.

Nexplannon was removed on June 6th. I only had 2-3 periods in the 3 years it was in. I had one normal length period June 15th-20th. Then a period from July 30th-August 2nd. I have not had any bleeding since. My periods were always irregular, even before birth control. I'm trying to conceive, so I'm concerned that I'm not ovulating. I have some symptoms of PCOS - cystic acne, weight gain, darkened spots on my skin (around the neck and ankles), headaches, air growth (chin).

My girlfriend has the contraceptive implant but is currently using Stelara, will this affect the implants effectiveness as a contraceptive?

My mother has taken augmentin 625 since yesterday for cold and cough infection but no improvement till now. Should I continue with dosage and wait n watch Pls suggest

Have been on and off acne medication since I can remember and tried all sorts of topical treatments. Was on roaccutane for about 6 months which was awful in every other aspect but amazing for my skin cleared it completely and now a year later my acne has come back. Been put on lymecycline and taken off again. My skin is at an all time low
