My nails are bluish in color since few months. I use to feel feverish since quite a long time and since 1 month I'm feeling very lethargic and dizziness frequently.

Your symptoms are suggestive of cyanosis due to lack of proper oxygen circulation. I would advise you to visit a MD general medicine so that you can be examined and undergo necessary examinations such as pulse oximetery, PFT, CBC, etc to find the underlying cause of the problem and have it treated accordingly.
