I've been having a knee problem for a while now. I was playing basketball at a local park and when i attempted to change directions, my knee went inwards and i heard a weird popping sound and i was feeling horrible pain. When i straightened my leg, the knee popped again and everything went back to normal.I can normally walk and even run, but every time i make that inward motion with my knee, it pops, sort of dislocates, then i straighten my leg, it pops kinda returns back to normal. Suggestions?

35 years old no backor neck problems.Working labour job . needles in right hand and shoulder pain,burning sensation in the leg .Cervical MRI scan show C6/c7 median disc extrusion with AP diameter of the canal at this level 9.9mm.Is that mean stenosis?No nerve impingement. Lumbar MRI scan show ,two small disc protrusions, ligament flavum hypertrophy, spondylolisthesis level 1.No nerve impingement.Independent medical report say my findings are constitutional and injury minimal Shall I agree

My MRI report after back pain says Posterior bulge of L4/5 disc mildly indenting the theca. Sacral epidural lipomatosis. How sever it is and What shall I do? Thanks
