How to increase strength and stamina
I'm 28 years old male 173cm 74kgs. I don't smoke. I may drink alcohol once in 3 months. I work in software field. I travel 1.5 hours in morning and 1.5 hours in the night. I'm feeling energy less at the end of day. When I play badminton in weekends I'm feeling like however hard I hit its not effective for opponents. How to increase my energy and strength. I occasionally do warm up excercises 20min once in 3 days. I found in google that ashwagantha , Brahmi, shilajit, safes musli increases strength. If it's right how to take them ? Please suggest some good solution.
