Pain/restricted movement in my shoulder
Over the past 5 months or so I have developed a really painful right shoulder. I can't reach behind me, or above my head without substantial pain. OTC NASIDs don't really seem to help much at all. Lately, the pain seems to be spreading somewhat into my pectoral muscle on that side as well. I don't have health insurance and feel like any treatment would involve expensive Physical Therapy so I have avoided it hoping that it's just an injury that will go away. Thoughts, Recomendations? Thank you.
