Wrist pain and restricted movement
Having wrist pain since few months now, movement of the wrist is restricted as compared to the other one. If moved, there is a sharp pain in the area between the thumb and wrist continuing to forearm. Difficulty using the thumb which is affected due to this pain. I did not encounter any trauma/ injury as such. What to do?

Gargles with saline /betadine solution 3-4 times per day for throat problem Avoid cold water, icecream..ect Adequate bed rest. Take plenty of water or ORS Soft diet Avoid fatty,oily ,spicy and fast food.
