I lost my weight from 60 to 56. I feel dizzy and theres continues headache and feels to not eat anything but at the same time I feel weakness. I dont like to feel like this. Please ang remedies? So I feel strenght

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 2 years ago. I don’t believe it because I a 25 years old and active but I have been on amtrypline and deluxotine for it and I sometimes end up having to get 2 days without one them while waiting for a prescription and I get extremely bad withdrawls. I have been having crazy panic attack and often. It is getting so bad it is starting to affect my work and social life. I over heat feel like I can’t breath and sweat. I always had anxiety but never this bad

Hb normal one lab showing low mch mchc another lab showing normal ,if low mch mchc it show iron deficiency or not,if yes which tests. Useful ,if iron deficiency is suspected it show temp variations I.e 98-99.8,

I have throat ache when I wake up in the morning. The pain decreases as the day proceeds and then the next day morning it's there again. This has been happening since the last 2-3 days.

Hi since March this year I’ve been struggling quite badly with my OCD. My daily routine consists of bleach the cabinets , walls , floors every morning to get rid of germs. I already had OCD but it wasn’t as bad , during this time I was off uni and working from home so I wasn’t as occupied and at this time a family members cough was getting worse. It was hard because they would usually cough without covering their mouth which would make me really angry but I couldn’t exactly get angry at them.
