Vitamin D (25-Hydroxy) shows value 11.22. Pls suggestion the medicine and diet to increase the Vitamin D levels. I am frequently facing muscle pain for legs in the night times while sleeping. Also getting tiered very soon for small activities

I was diagnosed with vit D deficiency 4 yrs ago and was having 60k mu tablets. I had to discontinue the same during my pregnancy 3 yrs ago. Now I am having muscle pain, hence I checked my vit D levels which is 24.84 ng/ml. Should I take any supplements? If so, please prescribe?

I had blood work recently as I have stomach discomfort and bloating/bulgy stomach. Feel heavy and full and the tummy looks bigger. Dr tested for complete metabolic panel and creatinine came out low. Mine was 0.56mg/dL where the normal range is,0.57-1. Never had this abnormal range in creatinine. Is it something related to my stomach looks like being pregnant when I am not pregnant. I look like 8 months pregnant. My HDL cholesterol value is also abnormal. It is 34mg/dL. Normal range is >39. Is this creatinine being low anything serious? Thanks.
