I am experiencing tiredness, sleep issues since few years. I tried exercising, gym but not gaining muscles and make more tired. My testosterone level was 324 ng/dl when I did the last annual checkup. Could that be an issue?
Its effecting my work and day to day routine. Have difficulty concentrating while driving etc.
Tried prozac, multivitamins etc on prescription but didnt help.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. Your symptoms—tiredness, sleep disturbances, difficulty in muscle gain, and lack of concentration—may be linked to low testosterone levels, chronic stress, or other underlying metabolic or hormonal imbalances.
Your testosterone level of 324 ng/dL is on the lower side of the normal range, which could contribute to fatigue, poor muscle growth, and cognitive issues. However, other factors such as thyroid dysfunction, vitamin deficiencies (especially B12 & D), anemia, or adrenal fatigue should also be ruled out.
Since Prozac and multivitamins have not helped, a detailed hormonal and metabolic evaluation is needed to determine the exact cause. I recommend scheduling a consultation for proper assessment and personalized treatment. You can also reach me via WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two to discuss further.
Get your routine investigations done CBC, LFT, RFT, Vitamin b12 and Vitamin D3. Also get a psychiatrist in opinion done. We can discuss that in detail later.

Your testosterone levels were towards the lower limit of normal range. But you need to do a full blood profile first then after thorough examination we can come to the conclusion.
Next Steps

Health Tips
try to be consistent in physical activities.. don't overdo gym or weight lifting.. also add yoga and meditation
Your symptoms could be linked to having a lower-than-ideal testosterone level for your age.
Although 324 ng/dL is above the general 300 ng/dL cutoff, research shows that young men often have levels in the 400–575 ng/dL range.
This relative deficiency might contribute to your fatigue, sleep problems, and difficulty gaining muscle.
A more comprehensive evaluation—including repeat tests of free testosterone and metabolic profiles might help clarify the situation and guide appropriate treatment.
Consult with me or Endocrinologist for further evaluation.
