Response: Hello, Your symptoms of dizziness or fainting, especially around mealtime, could be due to postprandial hypotension (a drop in blood pressure after eating), low blood sugar levels, anemia, or even an inner ear issue. Other possible causes include dehydration, stress, or even certain heart-related conditions. I recommend the following steps: ✔ Check your blood pressure—both before and after meals. ✔ Monitor your blood sugar levels, especially if you feel weak or shaky. ✔ Stay hydrated—drink plenty of fluids throughout the day. ✔ Eat smaller, more frequent meals to avoid sudden blood sugar drops. ✔ Get blood tests done—including CBC, blood sugar levels, and BP monitoring. Since dizziness can have multiple causes, it's important to get a proper evaluation. I strongly suggest booking a consultation with me for a detailed assessment. You can also reach me on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two for further guidance. Take care!
