I underwent an Isotope bone scan. I was administered radiotracer injection or whatever it is known as. Can I swallow Lyrica 75mg and Lipirtin tablets as usually? Will there be any interactions with the radiotracer?

Hello doctor , Yesterday I went out wearing my slip on formal leather shoes with my socks on. While driving I felt a paining sensation on my toe so I came back home to check my toe ... It was injured.I exactly don't know what has caused it. I fear something like cat or dog could have bit me because of low visibility of what is there on ground during night time. I don't know whether any animals teeth could penetrate a formal shoe this much to cause a injury. I also don't know whether I might have rubbed my toe somewhere hard to cause a friction injury ... My skin seemed to be peeled off. I already got vaccinated against rabies ( 4 shots ) on October 2023 its been around 9+ months. If this looks like a bite do I need to a vaccine against rabies again ? I'm really worried . I have attached the pictures of my wound below kindly please take a look to diagnose what it looks like ... Thanks a lot

I noticed a soft lump on my anus opening. I have had bouts of constipation when I had to strain passing hard stools. I have been diagnosed with anal fissure before. I have not seen any bleeding far. I don't feel any pain during normal bowel movements but hard stools it pains. I have attached a picture for your help. Please suggest the next step.

I feel heaviness in my head every night which converts into a minor headache. I also feel heat and cold sensations in my head and tingling sensations. The heavy head makes me feel numbness in head.
