Do vitamin deficiencies supplements or diet can recover white hair?FYI, my heamoglobin is low and vitamin d3 is insufficient and vitamin b12 is 181.

This are my blood test report 1. I drink less alcohol last time was 8 days back 2. Trying to loose some weight so I'm not eating properly 3. There seems to be burning sensation due to gastric in stomach Main issue is my billirium is high How to reduce it or my liver is failing?

My mother has been experiencing severe tooth pain for the past four days due to a cavity in her wisdom teeth. She purchased some medication from a local pharmacy, namely Cefixime 200, Aldigesic SP, and Prednisolone 10 mg. She has been taking these medications for the past three days. However, she was unaware that Prednisolone is a steroid, and the shopkeeper did not inform her either. She has taken a total of 5 tablets of Prednisolone, consuming 2 tablets per day for the last two days and 1 tablet yesterday. So please let me know, can she stop the prednisolone  tab now? She visited a dentist today and had her damaged tooth extracted. They provided her with another antibiotic and painkiller for it.

Sir , I had urine infection in February 2024 ..urine culture showed klebsiella oxytoca ...used a course of antibiotics called Feropenum...it went away ...again this year June 2024 again I had burning sensation in urine undergone urine culture shows klebsiella pneumoniae...Doctor again prescribed me the same antibiotic ..will it work...Why this one is affecting me...What could be the possible reason...What should I do next ?

Are the patients suffering from ITP blood disorder with 1lakh platelets at a higher risk from Dengue Fever than other normal patients. I have heard hematologist from AIIMS saying that 1 lakh is the "new normal minimum limit"  which earlier was 1.5 lakhs with maximum limit at 4.5 lakhs. But I still feel that 1 lakh is still a case of ITP because when a patient with 3 lakh platelets on contracting dengue suffers low platelet count where his platelet count reaches to 20K then patients with ITP have no chance at all to survive, this is what I feel. Kindly share your valuable medical opinion concerning the same.

From 1 year whenever i do my BP check its shows 130/90 sometimes 130/60 and 130/80. What are the steps I must take to lower down it to 120/80 and diet. My age is 22 male.

It showed metzner level 19.6. But as per other parameters, does this look like anaemia? I had sleep issues and fatigue eyes since past few days so decided to go ahead for a full body checkup. Interim report has come and it showed this. Please guide me. What to do next. 6 months back when i did cbc, rdw was 14.6 not it reduced to 14.00 though. Also, i have gut issues sometimes due to ibs. Please help me plan the newxt course of action. My symptoms: lack of proper sleep, trouble concentrating sometimes, i pee more, sugar and hba1c are normal though. Please guide me.
