High diastolic BP
My systolic BP is always in check 110-122 but my diastolic BP for most of the day is between 80-85 , few times go upto 90 and rarely below 80 . What should I do , should I take medicine. I am not overweight. I have health anxiety disorder. My nutrients profile like magnesium, b12 ,D3 , zinc , iron , calcium, b9 all are normal . LFT , KFT , thyroid, sugar , CBC , urine routine all are normal. I have had one Echo but that was 2.5 years back for heart palpitations but it was also normal . What should I do

Though your BP falls under AHA classification elevated or high normal BP due to the raised diastolic BP, you don't need to take any pharmacological treatment at this time.You need to change the diet habits including salt restriction and increased potassium intake and lifestyle changes with 30-40 minutes physical activity regularly.

You do nothing. You take very much tension without any reason. At present your BP is normal but it may increase if your take much tension Don't worry Do daily exercise and yoga. Take proper sleep.

Diastolic BP up to 90 -95 is fine but if it go above then you will need medication
