MCV test as general checkup
Hi, Today I took MCV test ...my report are RBC - 4.07,Hb - 12.5 ,PCV 36.1...my RBC and PCV are low...is it dangerous?? I am very scared...I googled it and found its some kidney disease or cancer...what is it low actually...pls help me...I have attached my report...

Absolutely nothing to worry about. You have a hemoglobin of 12 which is pretty good. PCV changes based on your water intake on a daily basis so it can be slightly high or low every now and then. I can say with 100% assurance that there is no correlation with cancer here. If you are worried about kidney disease,  you can simply check your renal function test ( if it wasn't already done )

A balanced diet adequate in fruits, vegetables and good protein sources regular exercise ( 30 mins a day for 5 days a week)

Your CBC test results are normal.A marginally lower pcv is not significant, you don't need to be concerned about the report.
