  4. High RBC , RDW and low MCH MCV MCHC.

High RBC ,RDW and low MCH MCV MCHC
I have an minor skin surgery, and the doctor advice me for a CBP. Here i found some of factors are high and low.. in my CBP report my RBC and RDW is high and MCH MCV MCHC is low than normal range. So will it be a serious concern.? I am a healthy person with no concering symptom. Kindly answer
