I am 25 years old, type 1 diabetic since 9 years and hypothyroid since 7 years. I'm trying to lose weight. I'm 73 kgs and it's been stuck since past 5 years. Tried numerous diets but nothing worked. Is it advisable for me to go for bariatric Surgery. Kindly suggest.

So since past almost a week i was facing with stomach ache issues and then i consulted to my brother he is a doctor he told me to take few medication and also advised me to do blood test. In the blood test it was observed that my AST/SGOT - 79 (High) & ALT/SGPT - 80 (High) so he told me to take medicines for a bit swelling on my liver Doctor actually i am a overthinker and a college student and i am worried is this swelling alright will it get normal?
