I'm an NRI Indian guy living in KUWAIT just came back to India last month on October 29 my height is 185 cm 6 feet tall guy my weight was 92 kg last month till now after getting up morning 4 AM eating 2 dried pulm alu Bukhara on empty stomach running 8 km in morning in 1 hours continuously without any break and hit it for my gym workout 1 hours For breakfast I take oats with toned milk and lunch I take some fruits . Apple .papaya. mosambi.oranges.avocado .beetroot carrot all in a half bowl portion and beetroot carrot juice 1 glass every day and again in evening go for running 3 km and then also go for gym workout 45 min and after coming from workout I take some green tea and diner I take 1 cup  portion Indian gate basamati weight watcher brown rice with boil vegetables only and 1 egg amlete With 2 multi grain atta rotti and salad and I go for brisk walking everyday completing 19000 steps and 1300 calorie burn my weight is now 79 kg is my weight ok pomegranate juice ok for health

Sir I am taking 100 mg thyrox tab regularly. Currently my tsh level is 8.1 which is slightly high. What should I do ? I have noted that whenever my tsh become high my blood sugar become also high and hemoglobin get also decrease? Is there any connection with them?

I have done cbc n iron profile My hb is 8.3 Iron 16 Ferritin 5 I started taking levogen tablets And eating mutton liver greens n beet root pomegranates etc Is it okay to continue with this or any urgency for iron sucrose injections Please suggest me what action to take thank you so much

Having fever since 22nd November 2024.Every 12-13 hours fever rises to 100.4 degrees.All tests (blood and urine) culture are negative.Chest x-ray and abdomen ultrasound are ok.He is taking dolo-500 for fever.Please advice.

I got bad fever in nyt ...I have throat infection too so that I m take montec lc for infection...m taking dolo too ...as I have bodyach and headache...pls give me g a good advice

My grandmother is in her late stage of dementia and is bedridden and she is on those medication for the same. She has been on Metoprolol 25 mg since a long time. From the past 1 week, she is feel fatigued very easily ... especially when she is upright or made to walk. Should we stop the antihypertensive medications ? If so how do we further taper dose since she is already on the last dose of 25 mg. There is no scoring on the medication. We checked her bp on digital sphygmamanometer - always ranges from 100 to 120 sbp. But don't know how reliable the digital machine is since it is quite old. We don't have manual at home. Please help.
