I have bp low problem yesterday I checked it was 57/84 around which is too low . I haven't seen my bp more than 70/ 100. My haemoglobin is 10.40

I never had any bump or anything on my chest and around that area but suddenly bumps started to emerge on my chest and around it. I am a little concerned about it. It would be helpful if you could confirm what it is. Please find the attachment below where you can see the bump in the images.

When I move around my head feels like moving. I cannot focus on moving objects. Is it dizziness or vertigo?

Hello doctor I took my BP in the evening, and I used to take it regularly in the evening. Sometimes I feel lightheaded. I eat food on time with a small quantity for 4 Times a day. Even after taking food my BP seems to be low and I don't. I took all my blood tests and ECG 3 months back all came normal. I have a digital BP monitor Omron is this a reliable one.
