Mostly it is viral fever and it will persist for 4-5 days, after that you will slowly recover. If the fever still persists you have to visit a general physician and get few tests done like blood culture, urine culture if your having burning sensation or pain while passing urine, Dengue and typhoid tests and CBC and influenza test

Continue taking Tab. Dolo 650mg and tepid sponging need to be done if temperature is above 101.0. Thrice a day
