Thyroid disorder
My TSH is 6.83, T3 total is 0.69, T4 total is 4.46. Do i need to start medication for it ???? Also my ALT(SGPT )is 63.7. Kindly tell if i need to start medication for it or its fine.

Your results point at subclinical hypothyroidism.You don't need any medicine at this time.Treatment is indicated if you are symptomatic, TSH is above 10 .Repeat the thyroid tests after 3 months to compare

Based on this report-subclinical Hypothyroidism. However, Sample collection time is very important for Thyroid profile. Do a repeat test from a good lab, sample to be collected between 6-8 am preferably, not after 9 am. Second, Get your Vit. D levels., In case of Deficiency , first Start supplements and some lifestyle changes, if you are not having symptoms of hypothyroidism. If symptomatic, U may need to start Levothyroxin based on your weight, Lifestyle and dietary habbits. This levels is reversible.

Hypothyroidism Tab thyronorm50mcg before breakfast for two months. It spares calcium so bone becomes weak,so add Tab calcijoint XT one at night. Not to stop u need follow up with md physician further.
