High TSH but normal T3 and T4
MY father has normal T3(97) and normal T4(8.5) but has slightly high TSH(5.53) , what does it mean ?

Hello..well does he have any symptoms..if no then you need to recheck the thyroid profile after 6 months...if there are any symptoms like weigh loss)/ gain, diarrhoea/ constipation or being dull, sweating more..chest pain..better to start in medicines....thank you
