Flu

Due to ibs. I have bloating at bed time. Doctor prescribe unienzyme three times 1-1-1 tablet. But still i have bloating or heavyness  stomach at bed time. Can i take 2-2-2 tablet.

I'm suffering from eyes burning and throat problem.. drinking more water also.  last 5 days its like this only. I travelled March 23 rd in bus for 7hours. After that i didn't travel anywhere. And not contact with anyone.. i went to hospital for one time 4days before.. Eyes burning and throat problem is the main. Is it any serious? I'm scared. Because daily it continues.

Suddenly body feeling heat them few mins later it reduced. I don't have thermometer at home. So i don't know my temperature. If it's like this means it's fever or not. And little throat pain is their. But when i swallow it's not paining. When i talk and open my mouth too much means feels pain. I travelled 38days before in bus from Salem to chennai. After that didn't travel. 5days before i went to hospital and came for throat problem. Stil i feels the same issue Is this about virus? Kindly reply

Don't know what the cause is, but I'm experiencing constant fluttering or vibrations in the above mentioned areas internally.Is the abdomen pulsation,a normal sign or somewhat worrisome.I did like to say that i aint a lean person, though fat belly except body size normak.Apart from it I'm having pain in the areas of wrist, hand-palms,feet veins like just pins and needles I.e they aren't consistent, they come and goes away.Somehow my muscles are weakened or loosed.Is this a sign of anxiety or vitamin deficiency or something more troublesome? Anyway quick suggest me some tips along with medications as I can't go out nowdue current circumstances.

I have recouring mouth ulcer very few mouth. Generally when one mouth ulcer goes other ones comes up. My stomach is fine though. Last month I had 2 mouth ulcer inside bottom lip area after that I got 2 , one in upper jaw and 1 in lower jaw. I have also stopped taking spicy food and tea. Can you please recommend course of action. Thanks

My sister-in-law has developed dry cough from last 4-5 days. I don't want to give her any kind of medication in this corona time. We are from ranchi , this district is red zone for COVID 19 and due to rain the weather/temperature is also quite unbalanced here. Just want to be sure about her dry cough , is it symptom of COVID 19? Or normal

Yesterday I gon for purchase   between  11.30to 12.30 afternoon I did not had breakfast I had one cup of horcliks in morning water aslo idid not drink around 12 I had faintness I slept in road than I drink water one banana then ok but feel treid light headness
