It sounds like migraine but other problems need to be ruled out - like sinusitis or any cold. If you have aura or nausea preceding the attack then it's likely to be migraine. Just as a word of caution - if it's increasingly bothering you then consider doing a CT scan of the brain and PNS to rule out other issues also
