Yesterday I gon for purchase   between  11.30to 12.30 afternoon I did not had breakfast I had one cup of horcliks in morning water aslo idid not drink around 12 I had faintness I slept in road than I drink water one banana then ok but feel treid light headness

Take adequate diet and plenty of water. Do free and exercise every day. Take green vegetables and fruits, milk, soybeans. Give proper history .

If you are a diabetic then chances are you had a decrease in sugar levels - that hypoglycemia. Please check your sugar levels and adjust your medications accordingly. Also need to look at your BP , even low pressure can cause that
