My sister-in-law has developed dry cough from last 4-5 days. I don't want to give her any kind of medication in this corona time. We are from ranchi , this district is red zone for COVID 19 and due to rain the weather/temperature is also quite unbalanced here.
Just want to be sure about her dry cough , is it symptom of COVID 19? Or normal
