Flu

Since two days i m feeling chills in the evening only..body temperature is normal 98.3...and no fever...feeling cold when i sit below fan....i have dolo 650....and feel good after few hours....what can be done... Five days before i had fever...i had azithromycin 500 n dolo 650 for 3 days ...fever gone...but since yesterday having chills...pls assist..what can be done...pls help urgently..

I can feel numbness and pain in my hand and legs from 5-6days. Also can feel backache and vertigo (mild). I feel too tired. Above problem generally feel after taking meals. I also take proper diet.can I take vitamin D tab like rejunex D3.
