I feel like Gas trapped in my throat,so I drink water and gas comes out like burp for a second and nothing changes,same gas trap in my throat.this was very discomfort so that I cannot sleep and atleast I cannot lie down for long times.pls help.

I have low grade fever but when I check with thermometer it was normal but I feel internal fever from last 6 weeks and body temperature was normal but only face and head was hot and rapid heart beat. Hi...since yesterday i feel slight numbness in my legs and hands.I also found some blood vessels visible on my thighs.But there is no pain or swelling.Its been itching under my feet since 5 days.Its getting worse during any contact.If i scratch it I couldn't stop scratching for a long time.I dont have diabetes,bp,thyroid etc.I am healthy till now.Does these new problems indicate a serious disease?plz clarify my doubts...
