Cap. D RISE 60 K IU once a week for 8 weeks followed by once a month for 6 months as a course
But before doing so kindly CHECK YOUR VIT. D LEVEL .

1) Capsule Pantocid DSR on empty stomach
2) Leave it. For Vitamin D- Take Cacitriol sachet 60 IU once every week for 4 weeks.
