There is a sudden gap in my thigh muscle visible. If I touch,I can feel that there is a finger gap in my muscle there. Even we can see also as if the muscle in that place has shrinker and a gap has formed inside. There is slight pain also till my knee part. Please help me to understand why is the cause behind this?
