Respected sir I done my lft test my sgot is 44 sgpt is 45 my total bilburin is 1 bilburin direct is 0.6 indirect bilburin is 0.4 my alkaline pospatase is 239 plz tell me can I take medicine like ursocol 300 mg tablet and nexpro 40 tablet or not or  through a diet i can lower it plz help me and also plz tell me can I take a pitanjali amla juice for maintaining a healthy liver or i can take Liv 52 syrup in pResEnt Im only taking a tone milk with a chapati and in iftar I mostly take dates. Dired carranberies. Papaya. Pomogrenate and beetroot. Carrot and in night I'm only taking a India gate brown rice with a masoor dal. Urud dal. With a boil vegetables for making a food i buy a levendro pomace olive oil some time im. Taking a catla. And rohu fish with adding a litle oil and I'm. Not taking any sugar. I'm just only taking a litle salt. Plz guide me tell me how to reduce sgpt and sgot levels through a diet

Please suggest any good antihistamine with less side effects and efficacy in testing respiratory allergy plus skin allergy. Sir, I had cough and cold in feb20. Medicine taken for that but didn't cure properly. After that i checked with another doctor in home town in mar20 he did x-ray and VIDAL test. VIDAL test came positive although i didn't have fever. X ray result mild chest infection. He gave 10 days medicine including fever tablet 3 times a day. After taking 10days medicine i felt ok. But after 2-3 days i started feeling cold and running nose and cough. I did gargles and took steam. Cough and cold went away. But i keep feeling cold on and off. I still feel cold even in may. Sometime sour throat which if i do gargles soothes. What can be problem? What all test should i do?

I would like to know How long should we check the temperature using a clinical (glass) thermometer, orally.

Since last one week or more, I feel that I have fever but there is no temperature in the thermometer. It usually fluctuates between 97.4-98.4'F. I feel tired and weak in my legs. I was told that it may be due to GERD. Accordingly i started taking Pan40 in empty stomach and Lesuride 25 before meals. From the last two days although the acidity part feels little better, the main concern has been, while i am sleeping during afternoon or night, I start experiencing high fever like symptoms sometimes during the sleeping period. I feel my entire body has become hot and i am feeling extremely feverish. But as soon as I wake up, i feel better. Also there has been a nagging pain in my left ear for over two-three weeks now. It comes and goes. No difficulty in swallowing or any discharge from ear. Gets slightly better with drinking something hot. Please advice.

Hello sir/mam, actually i have gone for the cbc test, my RBC count is 5.91, lymphocyte is 45% and absolute lymphocyte count is 4710. Recently i have tested positive for typhoid but i have taken the medicine and all, but why rise in RBC and lymphocyte, on google it shows some cancer and all. Plzz suggest me
