1.5 years old baby feel feverish and he was coughing 3 times before. Sometimes his body is normal but head is hot and sometimes body also hot. Is it fever or normal. No cold. Running nose while he is crying. Is it any problem. Because in this lockdown can't take to hospital also.

When i get up in the morning my whole body is paining and feels like to take more sleep and pain goes mainly after bathing and i don't feel much active and fresh and body remains lethargic whole day and crackling sounds in joints and can't raise my hands up like while using mobile while lying and hands up position my elbows starts paining .is it due to my poor routine and mostly lying on bed and lack of exercise.What could be the reasons?

Hi Sir/Mam, My brother is suffering from jaundice(8.44) and acute viral hepatitis. He is feeling so weak and unable to eat anything. He daily have fever and that too 101/102 and then we give him paracetamol or Colpol. We are taking treatment from doctors available over call. I am attaching his report and prescribed medicines. Please take a look and suggest if he continues to take them or he is having any other problem which is still not diagnosed. Thanks for all help in advance.
