Hi Doctor, From a past a few days I feel weak and out of energy, even though I'm taking vitamin supplements to cope up with it, the energy level still descends and during the period of lockdown I have gained a lot of weight. The last time I weigh it was 67 kgs. I am suffering with the problem of obesity and lack of lot of energy. Please help me.!

62/F, h/o nephrotic syndrome(minimal change disease) since 5yrs(took steroids and MFM, not resolved) , breast cancer(treated 3yrs back,MRM,chemo) ,diabetic and hypertensive on aspirin 75mg for mild ischemic stroke. What are the cause of raised ESR and decreased PCV? Is it due to nephrotic syndrome or aspirin use since a month?

Since 2 years I m suffering from chronic legs pain I have checked my vitamin d test it was 12 before 1 year.. Now I have started Issue of my hands my elbow wrist legs n shoulders pain alot.. N pain increases when I take rest or want to sleep..evn my nails n teeth are paining.. I have taken many medicines since 3 months BT pain is not controlling.. I feeling irritating n depressed bcoz I can't sleep well due to pain.. My body temp always show more than 99.7 evn 100..what should I do..some time I feel unable to do any wrk bcoz I can't evn properly stand due to pain in legs BT i do work n I feel more stressed

There are some market foods that we bring home. Can we wash with lukewarm salvon water before taking inside the house ?? Or with soap water?? Which  procedure is better to take precaution against Corona virus ??

Recently i have been test gone for thyroid TSH levels r low @ Anti Tpo 95 the did not suggest any medicine .so frequently rashes coming on skin .sir what will do now sir?

I have taken tb medicine for one days in three times last year.three times that time my tb was not diagnosed but doctor told me u are suffering tb can this mistake lead to drug resistance( three times- one days after one month one day after month one day)

Completed course of antibiotics for 10 days but now heaviness in chest with some pain ndd irritation in throat..no fever...no cough..bloating problem very heavy...ndd feeling very weak and anxious...some redness is also there in throat

There is swelling in my scrotum and I always feel uneasy discomfort and pain in that area, I think it's Hydrocele and from past 6 months it has become large. I feel a huge bulge when I wear jeans or pant. It feels so embarrassing to go out . What should I do.
