The reason for high SGOT/SGPT could be many like
Prolonged Alcohol intake, hepatitis
as both the values are high its mostly due to involvement of Liver
It’s important to know how much are the values of the test
also what are your symptoms
So do a proper workup
consult a Physician/ GI specialist with your reports
