Hi -Take rest and for throat irritation u can do gargles with salt and water or betadin and water -Also check if ur having any acidity problems Even acidity and heart burns can cause throat pain Take antacids if u have acidity -Since u had suffered from typhoid recently give some time to your body to recover well -Eat healthy , take enough rest If possible drink boiled water Try hot coffee/ Tea -U can also try honey with warm water daily on empty stomach -After all this even if u still feel throat irritation is increasing or having fever or other symptoms Consult a physician Take care and get well soon
