There is swelling in my scrotum and I always feel uneasy discomfort and pain in that area, I think it's Hydrocele and from past 6 months it has become large. I feel a huge bulge when I wear jeans or pant. It feels so embarrassing to go out . What should I do.

Yes probably it can be hydrocele. You ultimately will need a surgeon advise followed by small procedure to get it cured. Till then you can wear scrotal support which is available in medical stores. It will help in reducing pain and provide extra support. After lockdown you can consult a surgeon.
