Feeling feverish while sleeping. Advice.

Since last one week or more, I feel that I have fever but there is no temperature in the thermometer. It usually fluctuates between 97.4-98.4'F. I feel tired and weak in my legs. I was told that it may be due to GERD. Accordingly i started taking Pan40 in empty stomach and Lesuride 25 before meals. From the last two days although the acidity part feels little better, the main concern has been, while i am sleeping during afternoon or night, I start experiencing high fever like symptoms sometimes during the sleeping period. I feel my entire body has become hot and i am feeling extremely feverish. But as soon as I wake up, i feel better. Also there has been a nagging pain in my left ear for over two-three weeks now. It comes and goes. No difficulty in swallowing or any discharge from ear. Gets slightly better with drinking something hot. Please advice.
