My mothers age is 45 and she is having deficiency of vitamin d3 and b 12 is there any medicine to cure this deficiency without any side effect

From last 3-4 days, I am not getting any taste of food that i am eating and also not able get smell(good or bad) from any item i.e. tea, coffee, deo etc.. Having cough as well.. Please advice

I have pain in the left side of my face from ear to chest .I also have mucus congestion in my chest and constipation.Along with that, i have a sour taste in my mouth and i have a continuous urge to drink something but when i do immediately after that i have the same feeling. Whenever, I try to move or sit i feel uncomfortable but when i lie down on the left side of my body, i feel relaxed.This is happening from last 2-3 days
