Fever and cough

I had fever 100.4 yesterday and cough, body ache, headache. I have taken dolo 650 so temperature got down at 99.8 again shoot at 100. After taking azithromicyn and paracetamol my cough settled down bit and also temperature at 98.9 which is stable now. Do I need to test for covid or it's seasonal flu? I have two month old baby.
