Does claribid makes you feel sick with weakness and mild rise in body temperature

I was diagnosed with typhoid in January since then I am suffering from cough ,I remain healthy for 2-3 days then either in night or in morning I face the problem of ocassional coughing which gets relaxed when I gargle or drink some hot drink please help get rid of this ocassional cough

Cheat pain and burning sensation in chest always and headache always every time since one year choronicly daily

2 days before I went to an ENT doctor for my throat issues.. Dr did my throat endoscopy..mine was third no... And my doubt is all the instruments used for physical examination are clean or not for every patient because before me there were already 2 patients went inside..

I am suffering from 99.1/2 fever from almost last 2 months( around 15th March) cbc, esr, sgpt, typhoid, malaria.all normal on 2nd may and urine test showed 8-10 pus cells for which I took monural sachet which dint bring down temperature.dictor suggested Zifi 200 again for 7 days which I have already taken for 2 days now but no improvement in temperature. In between I was not having temperature from April 14th to April 25th then again it started.At tht point doctor assumed it could be stress related and gave petril .25mg which suddenly reduced my temperature and I was normal for 10 days.But now neither petril works also Crocin or paracetamol does not bring the temperature down anyway.no other symptoms

I am having Muscle pain in right hand. Vit B12 level - 183 Vit D level - 19.72 Is the muscle pain because of vitamin b12 deficiency?
