I have been advised by doctor to use cosvate g cream for my infection in groin area. Need help if this cream is safe to use?

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in January this year and was put on thyroxine sodium (Eltroxin) 25mg. I was asked to increase the dosage to 75mg in February when I went to see the doctor again. I have been taking this medicine so far. (1 tablet per day). The doctor had not mentioned for how long I need to take this medicine. Since it is lockdown, I am unable to visit the doctor. What is the suggestion- do I continue taking this medicine at this dosage (I have taken nearly 60 tablets of 75mg so far), should I increase it, stop talking it until I see the doctor again or keep taking the same dosage. Initial findings(31-1-20) TSH-35.374 mu IU/mL Second test (28-2-20) TSH-48.382 mu IU/mL

I have this numbness in fingers and palm when I wake up in middle of night or morning. It goes away in few min once I wake up and do some hand moment. Slight pain in forming a fist and the joins of fingers behave weird. It all goes off once I wake. And do not persist during the day. Thanks Rekha

I IBS constipation problem. I have bloating at bed. I have taken equirex, prothiaden 75mg, unienzyme, pancreoflat after meal and evening aciloc 300mg, and pan d and pan l and rebesec d. I reliefs only aciloc 300mg But i have to take aciloc 300 evening time and bed time and again in morning which is dangerous. I have done endoscopy but no gas.
