My father was found covid positive on 19 may but know he is ok and discharge from hospital completed his self isolation ok 10 after discharged but he is know unable to eat any thing or drinking water due to mucas like saliva production in mouth only he is not any pain in throat even he is also unable to get medicine all report and xrays are ok dr says that it take some weeks .

I have hypothyroidism on 100mg eltroxin, age 44., weight 74kg, ht. 5.7inch. More than 1 week white mucus formation and bit one side nasal congestion. Last month also same problem. Was clear for a week and again started. What's the issue. In this pandemic situation can't visit dr. also and nearby clinic not open also. Is it very serious issue. Problem of nose goes and come. Since lockdown I am going thru this issue.

Sir, I use to take Alcohol 2 -3 times in a month. I stopped taking alcohol for 1 month and after 1 month gap I attended party & had alcohol n food..After 2 days I had fever n  tested positive for Thypoid Fever but temperature was less than 99 only(Refer Report No.1 Dtd 11.05.20 &18.05.20). After 1 week I was tested negative for Thypoid  (Report No .1 Dtd 18.05.20) However weakness n Tiredness was there and continued antibiotics for 1 week..Again I was tested  negative for Thypoid  (Refer Report No.2 Dtd 30.05.20).  Please clarify the below 1) Whether I still have Thypoid Fever? The reports are showing correct data. 2)1 month break from alcohol caused Thypoid? Last year also I had thypoid after taking alcohol from 1 month break. 3)why  I still have tiredness n feeling weaked. 4) Any further Testing to be done .? Please help I m worried n tensed from past 15 days

I got herps zoster last year in April. Since then little pain is still there which occurs sometimes in a month for which I take Pregabalin and Methylcobalamin for around 10 days and leave till pain comes back. Now I have started taking ayurvedic capsules for immunity whose name is Imunoj, I have also started taking 1 simple vitamin and 1 omega 3 fatty acid capsule to boost my immunity. Kindly suggest if that pain drug can be used with these medicines. Also, I would like to refer that I drink 2-3 times a week and smoke 5-5 cigarettes a day, if that effects my nerve recovery.
