I have been facing mild pain below left chest and sometimes it go to my back. My 2 d echo was normal. What could be the reason

I think its muscular only. Your echo is normal so dont worry. Drink plenty of water.

Where exactly is the chest pain? Is it pointed..then muscular Do u have cough, with phlegm  ( sputum)..then an issue in lung Need more detailed history
