I can't hold my pen in left finger,if I hold means it's start paining and my finger had one line in top of the finger,if I hold pen means it's start paining I don't know how to overcome it .I can't hold pen not for  half an hour

Hello, I had UTI infection last month along with high fever, fever got better in 3 days, but had to take antibiotics for 14 days for the urine infection. Now it also got better. Post this medication, I faced lot of acidity issues for which I took online consultation and was asked to take antacids for a week. I took it for a week, still I face acidity issues often. But now since one week m facing another issue and that's with my head. M always feeling heaviness in my head almost all the time and lot of times I feel slightly for two-three seconds that my body or head is moving, when it's not. I am not sure what is happening. Please suggest if it's something serious and should I go for any test or something. Thanks

25 days back I was sick and had few iv fluids injected into my right hand. I used to have a lot of pain while I was taking those fluids. And now after many days I see a part of my vein swelling.
