Dr I have acid reflux problem and I am taking medicines like pan d mucaine gel and montair lc.. But I m feeling some sound in my throat and I have dry cough it comes and goes.. Pls suggest me why this cough comes...shall I take benedryl for that... Pls reply me

It all started on 12 Mar 20 with a mild fever and still after 75 days is untreated despite showing different doctors. A lab test done on 4th May shows some symptoms of typhoid, but after taking prescribed medicine for 20 days the report on 24th May show same typhoid levels (both reports attached). I had fever for only three days during this long time and when visited other doctor they said that it's can't be typhoid as typhoid patient have frequent fever. My main problems are at night  when I feel some uneasiness in breathing, upset stomach, weakness in whole body and frequent disturbance in hand and legs. Yesterday I collapsed while taking some steps outside for walk. Please elaborate my problem and prescribe me medicine as hospitals and doctors are reluctant I treating me as person due to covid situation. I am also very upset about all this.

I went for two CBC tests yesterday and both reports vary by a fair margin . One lab says my Hb is 13.1 and Platelet count is 80,000 and the other lab says my Hb is 13.7 and Platelet count is 1.5 lakh. Which is right ? Both have also attached their machine generated report as well. One machine report says one thing and the other says something else . Who to believe ? For your Kind Information my Hb on 17 Dec 2019 was 13.9 . Can Hb levels vary in healthy individuals within a span of 1 hr ? Can it become 13.1 to 13.7 in one day ? Both the above reports are of 1st June 2020. Plz help. If I compare my Dec 2019 report with one report then it says Hb has fallen by 0.8 gm and if I see the other one then it says it has fallen by 0.2 gm. Plz guide me.

I had swollen lymph nodes in posterior cervical neck for 6 months now. Fnac report says its reactive. These are my two blood reports of 3 months gap. Is it normal?

My mom is 55 and she feels a bit feverish also has body pain , headache and leg pain.. no throat pain or any other issue... i gave her dolo an hour before.. can i giv her crocin now? And how many times in a day shuld i giv her medicine and what medicine should i giv her... shez nt gettin sleep also.. body pains alotttt.. plss tell me.. also she has no other issues... sometimes acidity she gets.. rest breathing and everything is fine.. also her body temperature is 99 for now....

Shortness of breathing is felt, for the past one hour. (Since 2.45 pm), today, 1.6.20. It is felt, when I laid down in bed. It continues, even I turned up the sides. Usually, when I wear mask, I do feel this problem. By that time, I keep it, beneath of the nose. Not using in home. Even after climb up over 21 steps, it occurs. No smoking. Instead of rice, I prefer to take only boiled vegetables Iam a vegetarian. No drinking. No Asthma. No chest pain, no fainting, no nausea, not found bluish tinge to lips or nails, or a change in mental alertness . Height-173 . Weight - 84 Kg . Circumferance from the umbilical point -104 cm. While sitting, the same problem persists. While walking in home or in a standing position, IT DOES NOT OCCURS. DIB: 05.07.1960. Retired and non pensioner.
