I am felling feverish and heavy head from almost last 20 days and after roaming outside and sitting in ac i feel normal.i don't know what is the reason behind it and i also have muscus from last 1.5 months.what should i do for this?

Some times a sevear pain on the left side of the head. It is very much irritating sometimes. Unable to understand the reason. I am not able to complete my sleep. I sleep only 6 hrs

3 months back I had low vit D - 7.5 and high uric acid 7.37. I have given only one inj. Arachitol 6L IU and he told that's enough for a year. Even after 3 months I felt no improvement in my symptoms of muscle pain and back pain with occasional joint pain and stiffness. Because of lockdown I have consulted another doctor and he said one injection is not enough. He prescribed Arachitol Nano 60000 IU to be taken every week for 10 weeks. Hi, whenever I eat a little spicy food it burns like I feel more spicy in my throat while having food. But later it is normal. It is because of acidity !! ? Because I am having acidity problem like I get lot of burps. So is that burning sensation because of that or anything else.
