Tracking BP from an young age is good...and it is borderline...u need regular monitoring Ur BMI is normal... So keep having healthy diet with fresh fruits n vegetables...restrict salt to 5gm per day...have regular exercise...

Normal but borderline anything above 130 will be considered hypertensive so restrict salt and fats also mental stress.do moderate exercise and walk.
