I had completed my water fast of 3 days and lost 3 kg .My weight is 97 .Just wanted to know will i gain the weight again and how to avoid it ...also what should i eat after fast

Whenever I am going upstairs or downstairs, I feel pain in my upper leg(thigh and quadriceps). Whole body feels weak and tired for almost entire day even after sleeping 6-7 hours. Because of all these I don't feel to work at all. I am a software engineer and work requires less body functionality. Any guidance will be helpful.

I sometimes suddenly get pain and discomfort in chest with pain in either of the ears. Mostly it is pain the in the right ear. I become very restless in those few minutes.
