My iliac bone and inguinal ligament area muscle got tighten like rubber band . What to do loose it .

Tested sugar and thyroid and the result is normal.checked throat swab test it is negative .so wat wil be the cause for this.within 6months 5kg have reduced.so pls advice on this.

Please help with suggestions.

Hello Doctor, I wanted to know if shelcal (for calcium) and ascorbic acid tablet (for vitamin c) (500mg) is fine to give my parents? When they are already taking uprise D3 60k? Also my mother is lactose intolerant. They are taking all these medicines already.

Is it an indication of Hyperthyroidism considering the symptoms? Taking propanolol 40 mg a day. Feeling better with that.
