Chest pain
Dear sir/Ma'am, I am suffuring from chest pain since last 4 month this pain is getting left side and feeling like my chest is burning in one point with soar throat i have taken treatment  difference  Dr but due to covid 19 anyone not consider my problem  ECG, X-ray ,and blood report is normal attached all file. I am also suffuring from constipation for last 12 yaers and my tooth is rotten minimum 10. Can it be (GERD ) problem Please advice me which test and treatment i do Regards &Thnaks Kewal chamdra

Your ECG and CXR report are normal. Most likely it is GERD Take tablet Pan-D twice daily Syp sucralfate 20ml twice daily For 2  weeks

Mostly you are having hyperacidity. Take tablet Pantop-D daily morning on empty stomach. Take Digene syrup 4 teaspoonfuls thrice daily. Strictly take bland diet. Avoid spicy foods, deep fried foods, fast foods. Take meals at regular intervals. Take lots of leaffy vegetables and high fibre food. Drink plenty of water. If needed take tablet Dulcoflex 1-2  at bedtime. Consult dentist .

Yes it looks like Gerd.You will need tablets to decrease pain. Require history regarding constipation. Consult dentist for rotten teeth.

Yes it is GERD Take regular meals Less Spice and Chilli Medication C.Omez 1-0-1*10days T.Domstal 30mg 1-0-1*5days Syr Digene 2tbsp 1-1-1 2hrs after food C.Viyzlac 1-0-1*2days then one daily *3days
