Dear sir/Ma'am,
I am suffuring from chest pain since last 4 month this pain is getting left side and feeling like my chest is burning in one point with soar throat i have taken treatment difference Dr but due to covid 19 anyone not consider my problem ECG, X-ray ,and blood report is normal attached all file.
I am also suffuring from constipation for last 12 yaers and my tooth is rotten minimum 10.
Can it be (GERD ) problem
Please advice me which test and treatment i do

Avoid fatty spicy foods
Tight garments
Tea coffee
Semi recumbent position
Need PPIs drugs antiflatulence drugs mucus protecting syrup

Mostly you are having hyperacidity. Take tablet Pantop-D daily morning on empty stomach. Take Digene syrup 4 teaspoonfuls thrice daily. Strictly take bland diet. Avoid spicy foods, deep fried foods, fast foods. Take meals at regular intervals. Take lots of leaffy vegetables and high fibre food. Drink plenty of water. If needed take tablet Dulcoflex 1-2 at bedtime. Consult dentist .
